On 30 July 2026, Confirel welcomed a delegation of 20 managers from Cambodian small and medium‑sized enterprises as part of the “Trainees of HRM Coaching” programme. These visitors – directors and CEOs from sectors including recruitment, private education, import‑export, transport, IT, furniture manufacturing, architecture, electrical equipment and real estate – came to observe Confirel’s best practices in leadership, human resources management and corporate culture.

The visit began in the showroom, where Ms Lorn Sreylak, an export executive at Confirel, presented the company’s four flagship brands before screening the corporate film and a slide show. This session opened a lively discussion with Confirel’s HR managers, with participants asking numerous questions about business operations, corporate vision, challenges and the company’s work with Thnot palm sugar producers in rural areas.

Ms Sreylak emphasised that Confirel’s primary potential lies in export markets, with all products positioned in the premium segment and compliant with various international standards. Confirel is now present on all continents while remaining well‑known on the local market, particularly through major Cambodian supermarket chains.

For Mr Ly Hav, founder of Ly Hav HR Solution and head of the delegation, this immersion is an integral part of the training programme. “I chose Confirel because it is a leading local company whose products meet both national and international standards,” he explained, highlighting the value of exposing trainees to a Cambodian enterprise that has been innovating for more than 25 years. Participants praised Confirel’s innovative ideas and the strength of its model, which combines high quality, rural anchoring and international openness.
